Who provides Pebblenaut

Pebblenaut is provided by the company below ("we"). By creating an account you agree to these terms.

Your account

• You must be 18 or over.
• One account per person.
• Keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account.

Your data is yours

You own everything you enter. You can export it or delete it any time from Account. How we handle it is in the Privacy policy.

Estimates, not advice

Forecasts, warnings and Capital figures are estimates worked out from what you enter. They are not financial advice, and we are not liable for decisions you make based on them. Check anything important yourself.

Plans and payment

Pebblenaut has a free plan and a premium plan. The prices and limits are always shown before you pay. The billing terms are added here when paid plans open.

Fair use

Do not misuse the service: no attempts to break in, overload it, or reach other people's data. Abusive use can lead to suspension of your account.

The service

We provide Pebblenaut as it is. We work to keep it running and your data safe, but we cannot promise it is always available or free of errors.

Liability

As far as the law allows, our liability is limited. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a liability that consumer law does not allow us to exclude or limit.

Changes to these terms

When we change these terms in a way that matters, we update the date at the top and ask you to read and accept them the next time you open the app.

Closing your account

You can delete your account any time from Account → Your data. It removes your account and everything in it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. If you are a consumer, you keep the mandatory protections of the country where you live.
